This is a continuation of Psycho Panic; it is recommended that you read Psycho Panic first, to get a better understanding of the story. After Feliche dropped Steve off at the hotel, he then went to report back to Cesphron, who had been waiting eagerly. As soon as Feliche got to the lab, Cesphron asked for updates on the last recruit, (Steve Meredith Jr.). Feliche updated Cesphron who was impressed with the results of the tests. He noticed the results reviled that Steve's mental capacity was far beyond anyone he had ever met or tested psychologically. With the final recruit ready long before their dead line, Cesphron decided to advance the initiation of the project immediately. He told Feliche that they were going to begin the project in one week, and the following morning they were going to do an introduction meeting. Feliche agreed with Cesphron and prepared to pick up Steve in the morning. On his way to the upper level of the mansion Feliche stumbled across Felicia Cagliari, (the current heir to The E-mail legacy). He greeted her, “Hello Miss. Cagliari.” Felicia replied. “Please Feliche, loose the formality. You’re part of the family.” She then asked him if he had found anyone really special. Feliche said no, but then he rectified and said that he did found someone whom he thought was exceptional. “Exceptional?” Felicia exclaim. “Yes” Feliche emphasized. “His name?” she asked. “Steve Meredith Jr.” Feliche replied. “Meredith, I like the sound of that name. Do you know what that name means Feliche? Felicia asked . "I've lost track of name meanings long time ago." replied Feliche. "Is that so." Said Felicia. "The meaning of our names is something very importan. It says a lot of who we are. Meredith stands for mortal day. It's a very commanding name. Make sure you introduce me to Meredith when you bring him over, please.” “I’ll make sure.” Feliche replied. Felicia then observed her beloved Narcisso walking down the stairs and went after him. |

Sitting at the table was a specialist in the field of metalloid and metallurgy. He went by his last name, Castillo, and seemed to be of Hispanic origin. He introduced himself to Steve, and Steve returned the greeting. Feliche walked onto the stage and addressed the crowd. "Good morning, everyone! Thank you all for coming. As you know, my name is Feliche. My job was to bring you all together, which I have done; therefore, I believe it’s time for me to introduce to you the one who will explain everything, the lead scientist of this special project. Gentlemen, I present to you, Master Cesphron!" Cesphron stepped out onto the stage. "Thank you, Professor Feliche. Welcome, gentlemen. I’m going to be upfront with all of you. What I’m about to tell you must stay with you, and you alone. This project is not for the faint of heart; therefore, if you are unsure whether you’re willing to delve deep into the human misery and see this project through to the end, I suggest you stand up and leave this room." Cesphron had caught their undivided attention, and nobody moved a muscle. He continued. "This project will require us to run tests and experiments that may question our ethics, not as scientists but as human beings." The scientists were taken aback by Cesphron’s comments but were far too intrigued about the project. After all, it is not every day that such a large number of scientists are put together for one single project. Cesphron went on about the details of the project, which amazed most of them. However, the one thing Cesphron never mentioned was, that the true purpose of this project was to study a mechanism of unknown origin, which final phase of development could bring unpredictable and unprecedented consequences to the entire human species.
